Warm cabin interior of the catamaran

Practical

Everything an agency needs to plan, calmly.

The details below are written for travel designers and partners. Full operational and partnership documents are available on request.

Seasons

When we sail, and why.

  • Spring

    March — May

Ski-to-sea, returning light, walrus on ice.

  • Summer

    June — August

Midnight sun, longest passages, slow exploration.

  • Autumn

    October — November

    Orca, humpback, herring migration.

  • Winter

    December — January

    Aurora-focused voyages, long blue hour.

  • Cold-weather technical layers and gear loan
  • Family hosting throughout the voyage
  • Onboard naturalist or guide as appropriate to itinerary
  • Transfers from agreed port of embarkation

Not included

To be arranged separately.

Group size

6 — 8 guests

A small, intentional group. Most voyages run with six; the boat is sized for eight. Private charter is available for single parties.

Style

Family-hosted

Closer to staying with friends in a remote home than to a traditional cruise. Pacing is flexible; nothing is rigidly scheduled.

Agency policies

Transparent

Standard agency commissions apply, with preferred terms for ongoing partners. Full T&Cs, cancellation policy and indemnity available on request.
